Vintage 1950s Sleeveless Dress by Mr. Mort - Roomy Fit!

This dress by Mr. Mort is from the 1950s according to my research of the label style (search "Mr. Mort label history" to see that this style of Mr. Mort label listed as 1950s). It has a hidden metal zipper in the back and a pleated sash attached that ties in the back. The fabric tag has been removed, but the fabric feels to me like a silk and cotton blend. There's a solid red lining in the bodice that feels to me like cotton or a cotton/poly blend. The dress is in excellent used condition. In fact, I'd say it's in pristine condition for its age with no tears, rips, marks, smells, or anything that you might expect from a dress that's ~70 years old. I'm not sure why this dress looks a little crooked on the right side of the bodice in the photos. It fit my dress form great. The size label says it's a size 11, but that's a vintage size. I'm estimating it to be a modern size 4-6 since that's the size of my dress form, which it fit well. I think the dress is more roomy than a lot of 1950s dresses, which is nice. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure it's a good fit for you. They were taken on the front of the dress with it zipped up and laid flat. I kept the sash untied to take the measurements, but you can cinch the waist tighter if you need.
