redheatherann @vfawkes howdy! There aren’t any tags, I’m pretty sure this was homemade but extremely well done. I’m going with my best guess for the age based off of the pattern & style & my experience of collecting vintage clothes for about 30 years. It could be as new as early 60’s. I hope this helps 😁
