Vintage 1950’s Mini Roulette Wheel toy. It’s mostly metal with a cardboard bottom. You push in the metal lever to spin it and then can throw the ball in. I think this model used to have a glass top but this one does not. Perhaps it was removed so it could be used like an actual game. It’s priced accordingly and quite cool.
