Vintage 1950’s Made in Japan woven wicker basketweave purse box midcentury

Cute vintage 50’s wicker purse for sunning around Capri or the Catskills, Marvelous Mrs. Maisel style. Ivory and matte silver weave with a silvertone turnlock clasp. Some of the silver strands have unraveled a bit on the handle as pictured, so they need to be fixed or just tucked in periodically (the travails of midcentury vintage!). 11.5” across x 6.75” high x 3.75” deep.
