Vintage 1950s Christmas Bradford Heavenly Angel Reflecting Light Tree Topper

See photos for condition details. Has spots and yellowing from age. The mark on the back of the tree topper and on the front of the reflective part is not a crack. It is just peeling/paint loss. I do not know if this is missing pieces or not. I plugged it in and it does not work, but I do not know if it is just the bulb or it does not work at all.
