Vintage 1950's Black Velvet and Feather Fascinator Half Hat Woodward & Lothrop

Stunning 1950's era black velvet fascinator style half hat designed by Woodward & Lothrop Washington. The brim of the hat is adorned with iridescent black rooster feathers that reflect green, blue, and purple hues in the light. The interior of the hat has "band" that fits to your head so the hat does not slide off. Approximate measurements Width of interior "band": 5" but it is flexible to stretch to larger width Width of hat: 10" from side to side and top to bottom Condition: Very good vintage condition feathers are in good condition with no noticeable bare spots. If a feather does fall out you can always sneak a little glue and stick it back in.
