Vintage 1950's Black Velvet Handmade LS Dress XXS

Possibly made for a young teenage lady, this black velvet dress is well made with super 50's style. The neckline is flattering and has lovely swing in the full tea length skirt. Could wear a crinoline beneath for lift. Metal zipper on side works well. Dress has some weight to it as it is true vintage velvet. Perfect for holidays, black tie, weddings, or business events. Measurements laid flat in inches are: bust 17, waist 14, hips free, length from shoulder to hem 41.
