This is a GORGEOUS union made Vintage L'aiglon dress. It is sturdily made and is in fantastic vintage condition. It has belt loops but no belt. You could cut the loops off or wear a belt of your choice. It wears like today's size 2 or XS. Its measurements laid out are: Bust: 17 Waist: 13 Length: 40
