Vintage 1945 Cross Stitch reframed 1988 Friendship Needlepoint Framed

Very vintage framed needlework. The back is handwritten in pen embroidered by Anna 1945 reframed January 88. Beautiful and delicate embroidery features two ladies and the wording says friendship is one of life’s sweet gifts. The frame is a simple wooden frame and in decent condition. The frame measures 11 x 14 and the inside mat opening is 9 x 6. There is a little damage on the right hand side in the front, but could be touched up would make a wonderful Christmas gift for a special friend!
