Super sweet Swiss polka dot dress. Has all the qualities of the 1940s (peep the neckline, sleeve accents, and A-line silhouette) but tag suggests 1980s. Swiss polka dots on shiny black. A-line silhouette with buttons down the front. No stretch heavy rayon blend (not sure what produces the sheen like on the outer side).
