Vintage 1940s petticoat in an icy blue and light pink! This is so sweet and dainty! It is pretty long. It has some patched spots towards the bottom but otherwise very sturdy good condition. The waist is stretchy. There are layers of chiffon and tulle. 24-36 inch waist!
