Unique vintage measuring tool with a wooden ruler and metal components. Perfect for collectors or as a decorative piece. "Pin-It" Skirt Marker used for hems on skirts and dresses. Features a wood ruler w/an adjustable metal "pincher" to hold the fabric and help mark a hemline. Very desirable for vintage sewing collections. Extended measurement 20". Very good condition.
