Vintage 1940s Sadler Teapot Marquee Carousel Floral #3185 England Bell Shaped. Sadler English teapot, cream in color with flower bouquet both front and back. Made in England ca. the 1930s / 1940s. All the edges, finial and the handle are accented with gold gilt. The scalloped bell shape is known as "Marquee" or "Carousel". Marked with the raised,  England backstamp, hand-numbered either 3185 or 3186. Stunning addition to any English china or teapot collection. Excellent preowned looks like displayed purposed condition. Please see pics as they are part of the description. Approx Dimensions: 9" wide (spout to handle) x 7" deep x 5" high. Capacity: 4 Cups One wear spot in the gold on the handle.
