Vintage 1940s Pyrex Primary Green Mixing Bowl Medium On the bottom it says: TM REG. PYREX U.S. PAT. OFF. According to Google: These bowls are known for their durability and bright colors, which were first introduced during World War II. The Primary Colors set, including a green bowl, was the first Pyrex opal ware ever produced. Originally, they did not have size numbers embossed on the bottom, a feature added in later generations (400-404). Vintage Pyrex is different from modern Pyrex in its ability to withstand sudden temperature changes, such as going directly from the freezer to a preheated oven. Holds 2 1/2 Quart 8.5" in diameter Pre-owned by a neighbor. Pre-loved condition with scratches on the outside and inside. Please examine the photos.
