1940s Wayne Maid gingham blouse. Blouse had hearts all over- adorable for Valentine’s Day. Also has a scallop peplum. Pink front buttons. There is some fading on collar and shoulders. Two small stains and some tiny holes at bottom of peplum. Flat measurements in inches Shoulder to shoulder open Bust 20 Waist 16 Length from shoulder 22
