1940's Porcelain boy and girl, 3 1/2inches high, blond figures, each placed sitting on a bence, with a bird on the post next to them. Each piece is stamped as originating in occupied Japan. Made in "Occupied Japan," which refers to the period after World War II when Japan was under Allied occupation (1945-1952). Colors are bright and there are no chips .
