SOLD Vintage 1940s Dress Purple S M Gabardine Pinup Rockabilly 40s 50s Flaws

Neat 1940s/1950s dress Purple fleck material with nice accents including big buttons (both functional and decorative). Slight a-line silhouette with cuffed sleeves, large collar, decorative loops, and button accents. Gabardine with no stretch. No tags - likely handmade. Color - not quite as purple as first photo or as "gray" as the rest - somewhere in between. Pull-over styling with side zip. Wouldn’t fit over the shoulders on modern dress form with bust of 36"/ w 26" / H 36". Suggest a modern S to M - the measurements suggest larger but the lack of stretch in material makes a difference - please review measurements below and judge accordingly. B 40" W 32” H 42” Length 46” Belt measures 34 inches total (not including buckle) - there are no holes Flawed because of discoloration under the arms. No soaking was attempted - please use photos as part of description. There is also an odd sewn-in shield at the waistline - no attempt to remove it was made. Sold As-Is.
