Vintage 1931 Brooch with green beads.

Vintage 1931 Brooch. (Often used as a clasp or scarf clip.) As shown in the photos, paint has chipped from the dark green beads. The patent for this style of clip was applied for in 1931, and issued in 1932 to EA Phinney. (Patent #1852188.) Measures approximately 1-1/8” X 7/8” wide. Estate sale treasure. Condition is just as it was when I bought it. Paint could be touched up, removed or kept as it is. Cleaning would bring out the shine in the gold color metal and detailed design.
