Vintage 1930s Delta electric joiner

I believe this to be a mid 1930’s electric 4” joiner but it could be a plainer I’m not positive this things weighs damn near a hundred or two hundred pounds. Notice the unique mounting onto a toolbox, not many of these are around let alone in as good of condition as this.
