Vintage 1930s Bone Dry RedHead Hunting Jacket
This vintage 1930s ‘Bone Dry’ hunting jacket made by RedHead would be the perfect display piece for your rustic Americana decor.
The Red Head brand originated in 1908. In 1931, Theodore Anderson died and the company was taken over by his widow, Alma Anderson. The company flourished under her ownership. This jacket was likely made at the Chicago Avenue factory during the period of her management.
Woman owned, American made. It doesn’t get much better! ;)
**This coat is nearly 100 years old and it shows. It’s missing buttons, has some seam tears, and lots of evidence of use for it’s purpose—hunting. See pictures for details.
19” shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the top
22” pit to pit
27” collar seam to bottom hem
23” shoulder seam to sleeve cuff
