Decent usable condition given age. Size of book is approximately 5” by 7”. Hardcover. Stamped inside with school info & “property of” inside. Multiple pages have light pencil notations. A few pages have tiny dots on it. Some pages have corner folds. Yellowing or discoloration of all pages due to age. Pages intact & all accounted for. See pics for some of the above flaws.
