Vintage 1920s/30s Funeral Parlor Hand Fan Americana/Gothic/Macabre/Oddities

An eerie piece of Americana, a worn and storied funeral parlor hand fan. These used to be standard and funerals, as well as weddings, church services, etc in the days before air conditioning. Fan measures approximately 14” high and has the Funeral Director “Edwin J Hoover” name and location on the front, and Psalm 23 on the back. Looks like several water marks from whiskey glasses, or lemonade have made their mark. Some damage to the paper down the middle on one side, still A very cool piece of local Pennsylvania history.
