Vintage 19 inch black necklace with onyx pendant

I purchased this in Great Britain many years ago. It has three strands of black beads on either side of the black stone pendant. I am not sure of the composition of the silver-colored beads or the pendant, although it all feels and looks like stone. It is in great condition and very unusual.
