Vintage 14k gold ring with 14 diamonds 4.5

Estate 14k gold Diamond ring size 4.5 Was tested to be 14k . 14 round diamonds with above average clarity and near colorless. The top or ring has fancy 14k channel setting. Band is smooth. Gorgeous piece . Weighs 4.4 pennyweight or over 6.8 gm The only inscription on the inside ring say Gina 92. I only could see it with a loop. Hardly see solid pieces like this anymore.
