Vintage 13" Ceramic Victorian Style Obling Platter w/ Floral Pattern

The markings on the bottom indicate N.C. Co. E.L.O. There is a slight crack on one side that has become discolored as you can see in the pictures. Measures approximately 13" long & 6" wide. I'm not sure of the exact age but based on some research I think it may be turn of the century.
