Vintage 12K Gold Bow Pin with CZ

I inherited the piece so brought it to a jeweler. It has an odd tarnish pattern but the jeweler confirmed the 12k gold stamp on the back. The center stone is CZ. There’s a possibility the smaller stones are diamonds.
