Vintage 12" Baby Doll Unmarked Possibly Bisque

I am unsure of the age or brand of this doll.  There are no markings that I could find.  She seems to be a replica of a Bisque doll or could be authentic.  She is 12" high and her Christening gown is about 24" long.  See photos for details.
