Vintage 11" Hakusan Virginia Beach VA Souvenir Spoon and Fork Set

Both 11" long. They appear to be made out of plastic on top and porcelain on bottom. They have very minor use wear. Glaze crack on back of fork handle. Box has light wear. Comes from a smoke-free home.
