Vintage 100% wool navy pleated skirt

No brand tag. Skirt is in very good condition, especially for age. Waist is 14" across. This is a sz 10 per the tag, but please reference waist measurement for size, as it appears smaller than traditional size 10. Smoke free, dog friendly home.
