Vintage 100% Silk twilly oblong scarf- blue & gold

Vintage 100% Silk twilly oblong scarf. Scarf is double sided with fringe (5”) on each end. Dark blue background with Chinese writing in gold. Purchased originally while on vacation in China. I don’t know what the writing says (let me know if you know). Lots of versatility in styling (wrap purse handle, tie up hair, soften top/coat, etc.) because of oblong shape and size (44” by 10.5”).
