Vintage 100% Silk Raul Blanco for Neiman Marcus

Vintage 100% Silk Dress. 1980s vibes. Should pads. Zip back on skirt then wonderful fabric covered buttons. Retro sizes run small says it is a 10, but I am an 8 and it is small in the chest. (If it fit, it wouldn’t be on here!!!) Measures chest 19 inches. Length 44 hanging. Would be shorter on with blousing at waist. Polka dot pattern Excellent pre owned condition for age.
