Vineyard vines/ target bikini top and bottom

Navy and white stripes bikini, from the target and vineyard vines collaboration, I bought it and took the tags and plastic off, but it didn’t fit, so it has never been worn in water, and has prob been worn for 45 second, BRAND NEW CONDITION!! it is a size Xs but runs big, bottoms for like a medium/ small and top fits like a small, also let me know if you want to buy top and bottom separately!!
