Vince tie strap Dress

Gross grain ribbon makes the straps and ties on front left strap. Pleats at front and back neckline. Elastic at waist that creates a slight blousy effect over the top. 38" long from top of strap to bottom. Heather grey super soft Pima Cotton/Modal jersey. Small hole on back near strap. Can be easily stitched up. I'm not handy like that unfortunately. Priced accordingly.
