Vince small cap sleeve neck dress

Selling a beautiful cap sleeve dress in blue and black ikat pattern. This is a beautiful dress with black heels and so comfortable to wear! Note: small discoloration on the back in the bottom right corner noted in pictures. It may have come this way (not sure) and it’s not noticeable when wearing but want to point it out.
