Is stretchy, but is the most stretchy at the end of the sleeves and the bottom of the cardigan. Has small working pockets in front. Cardigan can be buttoned up. Under each of the under arm areas there are small holes (pictured) also included is a close up of one of the holes. Very good condition. Comfy and cute. Size Large. Made in China.
