Vince Twist-Front Midi Halter Dress

Great condition dress! Has pockets and little stitched loops on the side of the dress for a belt. This dress fits very straight, but expands wider (which is why I laid it on the ground, to see how much it can spread out). Color is navy blue with light cream pin stripes.
