Vince NWT Blue Ombré Striped Silk Skirt

This skirt is super pretty and is great for any season! It’s made of 100% silk and is lightweight. It’s never been worn and was originally priced at $275! I’m 5’ 1” and it hits me right before my knees. It would probably fit a 27-29 inch waist best because it’s a little loose on me.
