Fits just over the knee (I’m 5’10”), very comfortable, will fit a range of calf sizes (has some stretch). Still in good condition, I kept the suede from getting wet.
Length is 22”, top is 17” wide with like 2” of stretch if you need it, calf is about 14.5-15” and again has maybe around an inch of stretch if you need it.
