This flow-y dress is perfect for a cocktail party or wedding. It’s a heavy, well-made dress that has a shear overlay with metallic geometric shapes. It’s a cream/tan/champagne color. The collar is a small cowl neck. The zipper is very nice and easily slides up and down. New w tags. Never worn.
