Watercolor pattern create a dreamy retro effect on this shoulder baring blouse. A classy nod to the tie dye trend. Bracelet length sleeves, machine wash cold. I thought this might be cheesy when I ordered it. I was overwhelmingly, pleasantly surprised when I saw it in person. It is so feminine, silky soft and the picture doesn’t do it justice.
