Vince Camuto Two Tone Blue Pleated Dress

*PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING!* Two tone blue pleated dress. Ribbon loops at arm holes. Zipper closure in back. Elastic waist with string belt loops. The belt that originally came with the dress is lost (sorry!) Some loose threads and pilling throughout. Slight barely noticeable stain in front (Please see last pic). When laid flat: 35” length, 17” pit to pit, elastic waist stretches to 16.5”. 100% polyester outer. Lining is 96% poly & 4% spandex. Dry clean only. US women’s size 4.
