I have a Viking Professional 13 inch 7-Ply Stainless Steel Fry Pan with helper handle for sale. I think that it was purchased around 2010, its one of the models made in Belgium, and I believe that it was advertised with being made with surgical stainless steel. This is a super nice pan, heavy, beautiful stainless steel, cleans and deglazes wonderfully. One of the nicest pans I have ever owned. Problem is when we moved, we went from gas to now having an electric cook top and this doesn't really fit on it, our biggest burner is around 9 inches. So it has just been sitting in the pantry for years, it needs a new home. If you are reading this AD then you probably know what a quality pan this is. And I would probably steer away from this pan if you have an electric cook top, or at least have one with a huge burner on it. Also, it obviously used, so it has some stains and marks, see the photos.
