Vigoss distressed denim jeans

Vigoss distressed denim blue jeans size 9/ 10. 30-in waist, low rise (8 in). Crystal Embellishments on back pockets and buttons on front. 98% cotton and 2% spandex. tag States 31 inch length but when measured is only 29-in in length. I normally wear a 30 to 31 in length, these come to my ankle.
