The base tank is made of a soft stretch fabric and is embellished w/ chiffon that's horizontally pleated & sewn so it lays flat. Pleats hold a length of gold chain giving a bit of sparkle when the light hits it. Chiffon (with a slight twist) also trims the armholes & neckline (front and back).

varnished I altered the lighting in the pictures that make the top look less than true black to show the chain and other embellishments more clearly. Rest assured- the top is a true, pure black.

varnished Measurements taken: underarm to bottom hemline: 20" / Underarm to Underarm (all around): 32" without any stretching- can go up to 37" without being too tight (as seen on mannequin in pictures).
