Waist size is 36 inches unstretched and stretches up to 44 inches. It’s a nice thick flat elastic band that holds you in. Inseam is 21 inches. These are capris. The fabric is cotton spandex knit The solid color is a stormy, dusty blue Heather gray blend. The side print is blue and white leopard with Victoria’s Secret branded elastic running down the leg I always got compliments when I was wearing these.
