Victoria's Secret black velvet mini bustier bra, size 34C. Has straps that can be worn on or taken off. No pads, but has wire or bone type lift. 3 hook and eye closures in the back. Cute bra, but super hard to catch a picture of! Worn one time for an event and washed by hand. This was purchased in the 90s and has been safely tucked away in a drawer.
