Victoria's Secret Signature Swim Cover-up Skirt S

This sweet little skirt went with a bikini that I had, and enjoyed wearing very much, that is until someone decided to steal it at a pool party. I never had a chance to wear this skirt. It is a size small, and has a super cute pattern! It fits comfortably on the hips! There is one thread sticking out, but it is not snagged, it came that way.
