Victoria’s Secret Polka Dot Cut Out Back Fit and Flare Dress - Size 4

Woven cotton polka dot dress. Color is a blueish-purple, depending upon the light. Hidden side zipper with hook and eye closure. Bust is lined, skirt is not, but material has a nice weight to it. Size 4. 35” total length. 13” flat across the waist seam with elastic in the back. 17” pit to pit. Straps 2” thick. Excellent preloved condition. There is a small run in the fabric, see photo.
