It buttons down the front and has a pocket. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-22" and the length is 25". It is New w/Tags. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
