Victoria’s Secret Moda intl cute and confusing top

This top is super cute, but super confusing so I placed it on an Amazon package to try to explain how the straps on it work. Photo 1 is the back of the top, it is strappy and banded at the bottom. Photo 2 shows the front, it is strappy at the neckline only, and the rest of the bodice is solid. Photo 3, shows the cold shoulder detailing which I could not capture in the first 2 photos. Long sleeve. Rayon/spandex blend. Size L with stretch. Never worn but tags were removed. No lowballing, please.
